The Boys & Girls Club of East Mississippi has been a catalyst for youth development in Lauderdale County since 1988. Committed to working with youth from disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances, the Club has reached thousands of young people in the area. The Club has focused on enriching the lives of girls and boys whom other youth agencies fail to reach. We are dedicated to our community's disadvantaged youngsters by providing access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures.

The Boys & Girls Club of East Mississippi is part of a nationwide affiliation that works to help young people of all backgrounds develop the qualities they need to become responsible citizens and leaders. We offer daily access to a broad range of programs in five Core Program Areas:

Education and Career Development
Character and Leadership Development
Health and Life Skills
The Arts
Sports, Fitness and Recreation

Daily more than 500 boys and girls are taking advantage of the programs, activities and services provided by the Boys & Girls Club of East Mississippi. These individuals benefit from trained, caring and professional staff and volunteers who help young people take control of their lives, envision productive futures, and achieve their goals.

The Boys & Girls Club of East Mississippi has been serving the community for 20 years. This organization has devoted itself to providing the youth of the area with a safe place to learn and grow.
